It is known that the use of standard plastic pipe in the open air is not recommended, because Most polymers work at temperatures above 0 ° C. Therefore, we examined in detail the possible use of polymer pipes for the outdoor transportation and can offer our customers the best technological solutions:
* PVC fittings can withstand temperature fluctuations from -40 to +140 ° C, not exposed to UV aging, operated at a pressure of 16 bar in subzero temperatures. To reduce the cost of the project can use the pipe with thinner walls, while the working pressure – PN10 with the largest possible diameter of 400 mm. Limitations: PVC fittings have limited resistance to alkalis.
* PVC fittings, glass fiber reinforced: reinforcement gives extra rigidity PEX pipes and UV resistance. It is possible to use at temperatures up to -25 to +100 ° C, maximum diameter 125mm. Limitations: The pipes and fittings is not resistant to strong acids.
* PVC fittings work well at low temperatures, the maximum diameter of 315mm, pressure – PN16. Limitations: Not very resistant to corrosive media.
* BOW PVC fittings. The uniqueness of this material is that it is possible to use pipes and valves of CPVC in the open air without the use of insulating materials, but each case must be dealt with separately and confirmed with the relevant permission from the manufacturer.
The first Canadian producer of PVC fittings – Company BOW delivers PVC fittings in the polyurethane insulation, thus removes any restrictions on the outside shipping tubes.
